Founded in 2008 by Italian native Giuseppe Mascoli in Brixton Market (London), Franco Manca is a Neapolitan fast casual sourdough pizza chain with 72 sites across the UK offering a simple, authentic menu and a fast service at affordable prices. Franco Manca's pizzas are prepared fresh every day in-store from sustainably sourced ingredients and an original sourdough starter from Naples dating back to the late-18th century.
Our Investment
In July 2023, Capdesia together with Toridoll Holdings Corporation completed the £93.4m acquisition of The Fulham Shore PLC, which operates the Franco Manca and The Real Greek brands. The combined strengths and resources of Capdesia, Toridoll and Fulham Shore's outstanding team provide the company with the tools to unlock the full potential of both brands, including an ambitious expansion plan in the UK and internationally.
