Robert Harry
Food Development & Safety
Robert brings over 30 years of restaurant experience in food development (R&D), QA and safety, as well as a wealth of experience in sourcing and supply chain management. He's very well known in the industry as a highly commercial food guru.
Most recently Robert has served as Global Head of Strategic Sourcing and Brand Protection of TGI Fridays International. Prior to that, he led the Food function at Alamar Foods (Carlyle Group) in the Middle East, Minor International in SouthEast Asia, and Papa John’s in Europe.
Robert learnt his trade at YUM! Brands (Pizza Hut and KFC) where he spent over 17 years in a myriad of roles, including head of R&D QA for the UK and European businesses, as well as several years leading R&D QA out of the global HQ in Dallas.
Robert holds a BSc (Hons) in Industrial Food Technology from Humberside University.
